So, I am trying to ask whether or not this would work to be able to program in visual basic express on the limited user account. I don't see why it wouldn't work, judging by the fact that the 2008 edition worked. Unless they added new files specifically for the purpose of preventing people from doing this, I don't see why it wouldn't work. Btw: I installed visual basic express 2010 on the net book, and then accidentally uninstalled the IDE, so if I run the setup, it will only install the IDE, since everything else is already there.
