When the 9i OUI starts on Windows 7, I get a warning that there are known compatibility issues. I continued anyway and got missing dll errors I continued anyway and it completed without further issue. So far, it works; but I'm not using it much. Even if you do get it to work, you can still have compatibility issues between old client and newer database versions too. And my limited success is by no means a 'certification' that it will work in all cases.
